P. Mauriat Model PMT-500BX 'Black Pearl' Tenor Saxophone SN 0402919 EXCELLENT

The P. Mauriat saxophones have quickly gained in popularity because of their excellent quality at fantastic prices.

This model is the Black Pearl, featuring a nickel silver body which is then black nickel plated. It is a unique look, and it plays great too. Intonation is excellent, and these horns play with a very warm full sound. The tenor especially has a big powerful voice and blows easily in all registers from low Bb up through the altissimo. This particular instrument is in excellent condition. A trade in from a player, it doesn't look like it was played much if at all. Horn has just been shop adjusted and sounds WONDERFUL.
