This is a VERY NICE Yamaha YSL-448GS trombone.
These are terrific instruments. The .547 bore makes them very versatile and equally at home in an orchestra, symphonic band, big band, or combo. They have a big sound, but that typical Yamaha responsiveness as well, and they play more like a professional instrument than an intermediate. This particular instrument is in superb condition. It was played in the 2022 Rose Parade, but that was its only gig and it is now ready for its forever home.
