The complete flute is plated in 24K gold, giving the body, headjoint, and mechanism a consistent exterior finish.

What does the split E clutch mechanism provide?

The clutch allows the player to engage or disengage the split E mechanism. When engaged, the mechanism is designed to improve the stability and centering of high E; disengaging it restores the standard mechanism behavior.

What is the purpose of drawn toneholes?

Drawn toneholes are formed directly from the body tubing rather than being separately soldered to it. Yamaha associates this construction with a broad, comparatively light response, making it a meaningful part of this custom flute's design concept.

We are proud to be an authorized Yamaha dealer

https://www.brassandwinds.com/products/yamaha-yfl-991ah-professional-14k-gold-concert-flute-in-24k-gold-plate-sn-m0801
