The YTR-8345IIS is a Xeno Mark II Custom Bb trumpet built as a professional model, with a .462 bore, Monel pistons, and a one-piece yellow brass bell intended for consistent response, projection, and tonal control in professional settings.

What does the .462 bore mean for how this trumpet plays?

A .462-inch bore classifies a trumpet as a large bore instrument. Because the industry standard for most modern Bb trumpets is a Medium-Large (.459 or .460 inch) bore, a .462 bore slightly widens the internal tubing diameter—specifically measured at the second valve slide. A large bore generally produces a broader, warmer, and less focused tone compared to tight, punchy medium bores.

What is included with this trumpet?

This trumpet includes the original Yamaha case and original accessories: Yamaha 16C4 mouthpiece, slide cream, and a polish cloth.

We are proud to be an authorized Yamaha dealer

https://www.brassandwinds.com/products/yamaha-ytr-8345iis-xeno-professional-large-bore-bb-trumpet-in-silver-plate-1
