It was easy to make an appointment online. I just wished they were opened on the weekends. Besides that, we picked up a sax today. They had 5 saxes for my son ready to try. We had a private "room" to test them out. You had about an hour to use the room. We ended up buying a barely used sax. I signed up for their news letter and got 10% off, which basically almost saved on the sales tax on your first purchase. It was no pressure to buy one. He's pretty happy with his new sax. Highly would recommend them.

These folks are the real deal. Going there was a surprise, in that the place was pretty much just a warehouse. There are a couple of Whisper Rooms to try out mouthpieces like I did, as well as new instruments of all kinds that they sell. Jenny, the Ops manager, sold me a mouthpiece after an hour of testing out 5 different pieces in various makes, sizes and openings. Two weeks later, I changed my mind and returned it and bought another make altogether, after testing it locally. I have never had such an easy and friendly experience at a music store anywhere! Being a warehouse instead of a fancy showroom, allows them to sell there products at a far more reasonable price. The Mighty Quinn near Seattle Rocks!!!!

The staff in the office were lovely. We felt uncomfortable buying online, and were happy to take advantage of the nice audition room experience. Fairly easy location to find. They gave us ample time with three instruments. It was a tough call, only because both were very fine models, and sounded wonderful. I'd definitely buy through them again, and would recommend it to others. This is a very dangerous place for musicians (...in all the best of ways)! Ended up with a beautiful Selmer Saxophone. A great instrument, at a great price (and price range) for us. We have 30 days to change our mind, but feeling pretty confident after today. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I recently purchased a Haynes Amadeus alto flute from The Mighty Quinn. Received it very quickly as well. When I opened the box (which was very well packed) I took the flute out to try it out. Found that the headjoint and tenon for the footjoint were very, very tight; I was afraid of damaging the flute so I put it away and contacted JR at The Mighty Quinn. He arranged for me to send back (no cost to me) and he had the repairman, Brad, give me a call about it. After everything was said and done, I received the flute today and it is perfect!! THAT is what I call customer service!! I will be purchasing from these folks again!! And, by the way, this alto flute is a GREAT player!! Thank you, TMQ!!

My granddaughter graduated from high school playing a loaner bass trombone in the school orchestra/marching band.
