I just had the chance to check over two Selmer Rosewood Contrabass Clarinets that just arrived at the shop. These are extremely uncommon instruments, and I've only ever seen one other in my nearly ten years repairing instruments. 

The Selmer contrabass clarinet with range to LOW C, boasts a projecting sound, full and rich. Selmer makes the best low clarinets in the world, and the ONLY wood contrabass with range to low C. This magnificent machine produces low rumbling sounds that will rattle your roof, but at the same time sound so sweet that all the world will stop to listen.
