The Buescher straight altos are extremely rare - an innovation right at the end of the great saxophone craze of the 1920s, these instruments ceased production with the onset of the Great Depression. They have a wonderful, pure sound and are unlike anything you've ever seen or played.
This particular one is in phenomenal condition. Original silver plate is 95+% present and looks stunning - I think this is the nicest one we've ever had. Pads are excellent and bear the original snap-on resonators. Instrument looks and plays great. Own this rare beauty today!
