Who the 2960TA4/3S Euphonium Is For
The Willson 2960TA4/3S Celebration is a professional compensating euphonium built for players who want a traditional British brass band sound with secure intonation and easy response. As an alternative to the world-known Willson 2950TA, the Celebration model is designed to feel notably easy to play while producing a broader sound with very smooth overtones.
This model is well-suited to serious brass band euphonium sections, soloists who want a centered sound that expands without strain, and advancing players stepping into a full compensating instrument for demanding repertoire. The .590/.661 dual-bore design and 12.2-inch bell support a full, projecting tone, while the 4-valve compensating system improves scale consistency in the low register where non-compensating instruments can be less stable.
