Who the 2960TA4/3S Euphonium Is For

The Willson 2960TA4/3S Celebration is a professional compensating Bb euphonium built for brass band musicians and soloists who want a traditional British brass band-style sound with secure intonation and easy response. With its .590/.661 bore, 12.2 inch bell, and 4-valve compensating system, it is intended for players who need a full low register, consistent pitch center, and a broad tone that speaks freely across dynamics.

Compared with the Willson 2950TA, the Celebration 2960TA is positioned as an alternative that prioritizes notably easy playability while delivering very smooth overtones and a wider, more effortlessly produced sound. This makes it a strong fit for serious advancing players, conservatory-level performers, and working professionals who want a euphonium that supports long rehearsal days, solo repertoire, and brass band blend without fighting the instrument.
