Today’s finds are pretty awesome, from the case of an old Reynolds cornet that you’ll see soon.
I bet you never knew Buffet sold valve oil, did you?? Well, it’s because they actually also made trumpets for a short time! I actually have one that I found recently, and before you ask - no, it is NOT for sale! They are rare enough that I thought you all might like to see it, though!
There’s not a lot of info out there on these horns, but this one sure is a nice player! Heavy horn with a big wide grip, but plays very easily.
I also love this little pocket music dictionary I found with the valve oil. I think these are still available, but it’s a lot more fun to find one this old!!
