Today, we are celebrating the beauty of engraving. Here we have three lovely, gold-plated Conn trombones, all born in the 1920s. I have been drawing since I could hold a crayon. Naturally, upon entering the world of instrument repair, I was immediately fascinated by engraving, and there's no shortage of incredible artwork in the Mighty Quinn's collection.
I aspire one day to be an instrument engraver, to combine my love for drawing with my repair career.
