Bach 19072VU Stradivarius Vindabona Bb Trumpet
The Vincent Bach 19072VU Stradivarius “Vindabona” is a professional Bb trumpet built for players who want the breadth and color often associated with rotary instruments—without giving up the familiar feel of a piston valve set. Its conical bore leans darker and warmer than a typical cylindrical design, while the #44 leadpipe adds clarity and helps you place the sound with precision. Anchored by Bach’s 1-piece yellow brass French bead #72 bell, the Vindabona projects with authority and supports lead work across a wide range of styles. Freshly serviced in our shop, this instrument is ready for the next serious player.
On the stand or on the gig, the 19072VU delivers a centered, free-blowing response with a broad tonal palette—ideal for commercial lead, big band, contemporary worship, and versatile orchestral/legit playing where projection and color both matter. The Monel pistons provide a smooth, reliable action with a warm feel under the fingers, and the machined valve section contributes to clean alignment and consistent response slot-to-slot. Nickel-silver slides and a rigid, thoughtfully braced chassis keep articulation crisp and stability secure at volume, while the factory unlacquered brass finish adds a subtle immediacy and vibrance to the sound. A strong fit for lead and section players, crossover professionals, and advanced students seeking a distinctive Stradivarius voice with modern playability. Includes the original case and manufacturer accessories (valve oil, polish cloth, and Bach 3C mouthpiece).
