The Willson WTU3400TA4-S is a professional-grade compensating Eb tuba crafted for musicians who demand precision, power, and versatility. Featuring a full 4-valve compensating system, this instrument delivers outstanding intonation and response across the full register, including low extended passages that are often problematic on non-compensating instruments.
Its large 18.9" yellow brass bell and dual bore design (0.708"/0.787") allow the player to project with confidence while retaining warmth and depth in solo, chamber, or ensemble settings. The silver-plated finish not only adds a touch of elegance but also offers extra durability for years of reliable performance.
Engineered with ergonomic comfort in mind, the WTU3400TA4-S features smooth stainless-steel pistons, a comfortable hand rest, and well-placed water keys. Whether in the concert hall or on parade, this tuba responds effortlessly, with a clear, rich tone and exceptional control. Trusted by leading soloists, band sections, and brass professionals worldwide, the Willson WTU3400TA4-S stands as a benchmark of Eb tuba design—combining Swiss craftsmanship with modern performance expectations.
